La Punta della Lingua: poetry takes over the Mole

Starting today, the Mole hosts a stop of the “La Punta della Lingua” festival, an event that celebrates poetry in all its forms through a rich program that runs from afternoon until late evening.

The festival offers a complete cultural experience where poetry intertwines with music, literature, cinema and theater. The spaces of the Mole will come alive with meetings, readings, workshops and theatrical performances that will offer the public different keys to access the contemporary poetic world.

Friday evening: a musical journey through the Adriatic

The highlight of the week will be Friday at 9:30 PM in the evocative Mole Courtyard, with the show “Eastern Ports. Sounds and stories of the Adriatic-Ionian Macroregion”.

A project by the AdriaticoMediterraneo Festival, written by screenwriter Paolo Logli and performed by Luca Violini, with musical accompaniment by Giovanni Seneca, represents a sonic and narrative journey through the territories overlooking the Adriatic and Ionian seas.

The show takes on particular significance as it celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Ancona Declaration, a document that marked the beginning of cooperation between the countries of the Adriatic-Ionian macroregion.

Free admission for this event that promises to give the audience an evening of great fascination, combining history, geography and culture in a story that crosses the shores of our sea.
