Viale della Vittoria is Ancona’s elegant promenade, that stretches from the port to the Passetto cliffs.

Built in the 1930s, it connects the modern neighborhoods to the older part of town. The War Memorial is located at its end.
The promenade is dotted with shops and some historic stores. Locals come here to relax in hot summer days, under the shade of the trees.
