With the first concert on the bill, the Arena sul Mare at the ancient port, a modular structure with its 1,800 seated and 3,000 standing places and a large stage (10×12 meters) , will be in its own right, also thanks to a logo that identifies it, one of the protagonists of the summer season in the capital. The project is promoted by the Municipality of Ancona, Department of Major Events in collaboration with the Department of Tourism and contemplates a large area dedicated to shows, cultural events and entertainment in the city’s ancient port, in close contact with the sea and the activities taking place in the Doric port of call. A location that is highly appreciated by Ancona residents of all ages and also a strong tourist attraction.
The Arena sul Mare is a place where Ancona is told, moved and reunited, and every summer the city will be lit up with music, smiles and beauty. With this year’s comprehensive and structured program, it will be possible to give citizens and visitors unforgettable evenings capable of speaking to all generations. The goal is to make the stage at the Old Port a tourist attraction point that will help raise awareness of the city’s beauty, helping to transform it from a place of passage into a place of destination.
All events at the seaside arena will have free shuttle bus connection from 8:30 p.m. except for Schettino’s event where the shuttle will leave from 7:30 p.m.

To leave the car it will also be possible to use the Degli Archi, Traiano and Cialdini parking lots, (all parking lots where the shuttle runs), paying at the exit with the automatic cash machine.
